3U industrial control chassis customization

The standard height unit of the industrial control chassis is U, and the conventional ones are 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U, etc. 1u=44MM 2U=88MM and so on. The width is generally standard 430MM and the standard depth is 450MM and 480MM. As shown in Figure 1, it is a standard 4U industrial control chassis.

The 1U industrial control box of the industrial control chassis is relatively small in size, and it is very convenient whether it is in control or installation. The picture shows the customized chassis of the 3u industrial control chassis.

The main body of the chassis is made of high-quality aluminum alloy profiles. The aluminum alloy has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, and mechanical (uniform force), and the aluminum alloy is easy to process and has a high degree of heat dissipation. Especially the engine part of the vehicle is particularly suitable for the use of aluminum alloy materials.

As for most computer cases, aluminum-copper alloys are used. Mainly consider heat dissipation. Because copper and aluminum are mixed and extruded, the heat dissipation performance is quite good, and even some high-end CPU water cooling fans use this material. If it is for military use, the first thing to ensure is the firmness. The aluminum-zinc-magnesium-copper super-hard aluminum alloy is the better choice.
