One. The driving principle of advertising surface of advertising barrier

Currently, there are two transmission modes for advertising barriers on the market.

One is electric transmission (that is, the so-called power transmission). The motor transmission is through the motor in the barrier rod. The barrier rod motor is connected to the advertising barrier shaft. The barrier rod first drives the motor before the landing rod. Rotate the advertising surface of the gate to 90 degrees and then lift the lever.

The second type is mechanical transmission (no power drive.) This structure is to flip while lifting the rod. The starting speed is about 1 second faster than the motor drive!

two. Host installation

1.1 Before installing the barrier, choose the installation location, which should be selected according to the following three aspects;

1), easily visible places;

2) The gear lever faces outward (intersection);

3) The road surface of the barrier should be at the same level as the ground (adjust according to the size of the safety island).

After the installation location is determined, the barrier foundation should be made according to the site conditions, and the cast-in-place foundation should be made for non-concrete ground. The concrete floor can be fixed with the provided expansion bolts.

three. Box method

1) Take out the accessories that come with the box;

2) Put the box body in the installation position, open the box door, and use a screwdriver to draw a line on the ground along the waist-shaped groove on the base;

3) Mark the position of the anchor bolts shown in the figure on the ground, and remove the box after marking;

4) Hammer 8 expansion bolt holes with a depth of 150mm-160mm, and implant expansion screws, adjust the levelness and verticality of the box, and tighten the nuts
